01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Velvet (velvet.nudearts.studio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

02 User Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the game mechanics.
Exploit vulnerabilities for unfair credit accumulation.
Use the service for any illegal purposes.

03 Virtual Currency (Credits)

Velvet uses "Credits" (HC) as a virtual currency. These credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency. Credits are used solely to unlock interactive features within the platform.

04 Limitation of Liability

Velvet provides services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss resulting from network issues or storage synchronization errors.
